Our sauce is made from variety of spices, quality pork meat, and a special soy sauce imported from Japan. Not only that, our sauce is aged by set it in the refrigerator for a long period of time to accomplish this mild and rich flavor.
Our noodle is uniquely created depends on the flavor - thin and straight noodle for our tonkotsu flavor; thick and wrinkled noodle for other flavors.
